We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or if the return does not meet the stated conditions. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Colorado or federal law, and we will comply with all applicable consumer protection regulations.

Refund Policy

Eligible Items:

  • T-shirts and standard merchandise in unused, unworn, and original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

  • Swap or secondhand items may only be eligible for exchange or store credit (unless otherwise specified at checkout).

  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.

Return Conditions:

  • Customers must provide a receipt or order number for all returns or exchanges.​

  • Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Returned items will be inspected upon receipt to ensure eligibility.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive returned goods.​

  • Exchanges will be shipped out once the return is accepted.

  • Store credit may be offered as an alternative, especially for swap items.

Exclusions:

  • Items with visible signs of wear, damage, or missing original tags and packaging may not be accepted.

  • Swap/exchange items may be excluded from full refunds (swap value returned as store credit only).

  • Pack the item securely, attach a copy of the receipt, and ship to our Colorado address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or there was a shipping error.
